The Caboose is perfect for you if you:

• Have a small family (5 or fewer)
• Want a cozy, romantic weekend, but don’t need the frills
• Eat out, eat light, or love grill-or-firepit cooking

The Caboose is probably not for you if you:

• Don’t do well with stairs (see our Legacies, Grain Bins and Prairie Stables)
• Want to Watch Big Screen Movies

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $25.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
